Produced on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the International Bureau of Education (IBE) in Geneva, this film features interviews with leading figures in the history of the institution: Jean Piaget (Honorary Director), Charles Hummel (President of the IBE Council), Robert Dottrens (former Director of the Institut Jean-Jacques Rousseau), and André Chavanne (President of the Department of Public Education). Through their testimonies, the film retraces the IBE’s origins, educational philosophy, and role within UNESCO.
